Our Training Philosophy

All scuba classes have a maximum of 6 students per Instructor, to make your learning and diving the most enjoyable possible. The course schedule is set with each class regardless of the number of students. Unlike other dive operations, we won't cancel a course due to low enrollment...you'll just receive more personal attention from us! In fact, Semi Private and Private Classes are also available.

All students may use the latest NEW scuba equipment available to us. Students are required to have their own mask & snorkel, fins, booties, swim cap and SSI dive log.

We rent the pool at the Rye YMCA on Monday nights 8-10pm. Sunday pool sessions are available for PRIVATE CLASSES ONLY.

Classes are held in the store in Mamaroneck, usually from 6pm to 9pm. Course prices includes all required class materials.

All students should be comfortable in the water and in general good health. All Courses require a Medical Statement to be completed BEFORE any in-water activity. The purpose of this Medical Questionnaire is to find out if you should be examined by your doctor before participating in recreational diver training. A positive response to a question does not necessarily disqualify you from diving. A positive response means that there is a preexisting condition that may affect your safety while diving and you must seek the advice of your physician prior to engaging in dive activities. Your Doctor will need to sign this form giving you clearance to participate.

The following is provided for all training pool sessions:
